The challenge
A young family building their first home near Avadi wanted windows that would keep the house cool through Chennai summers and quiet despite a busy approach road — without blowing the budget on the rest of the build.
Our solution
We specified multi-chamber uPVC throughout: large 3-track sliding windows in the living area for light and airflow, and tightly-sealed casement windows in the bedrooms for quiet. All panels were fitted with 5mm toughened glass, with frosted glass in the bathrooms.

The result
